Shagun’s expertise ranges from multinational corporate structures to medium sized enterprises across both emerging and developed markets with diverse cultures. With significant exposure across different industries, Shagun has effectively leveraged Global Reach and Local Knowledge to inspire local performances while aligning with corporate priorities.

Audray Souche, Regional Managing Partner, DFDL

Audray is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in commercial matters and foreign investment experience, with specialized focus on energy, mining and infrastructure projects across Southeast Asia.

She has been leading DFDL teams on numerous energy and infrastructure project developments, project finance and technical assistance matters in Cambodia, the Lao PDR, Myanmar, Nepal, Thailand, Vietnam and Bhutan. Audray has also been heavily involved in multiple large scale hydropower projects in the Lao PDR and Bhutan and cross-border renewable energy projects in the region.

With a foundation in French public and administrative law, Audray has honed her expertise in public-private partnerships, adeptly navigating negotiations between private entities and government stakeholders to facilitate large-scale concessions.

Her multifaceted experience also includes overseeing regulatory advisory services, foreign investment structuring and M&A activities across diverse industries including retail, hospitality, mining, engineering and construction, insurance and aviation.

A well-respected name in the market, Audray is ranked amongst Thailand’s top 100 lawyers by Vantage Asia. Additionally, Audray has been recognized by Chambers, IFLR and Asia Law Profiles for her expertise in Projects & Energy, Energy & Infrastructure, Project Development, Banking, Project Finance and Corporate and M&A in Thailand and the Lao PDR.
